Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Friends with Hustle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Petros Spyridon, Meyenfeldstraße 9a, 30419 Hannover, E-Mail: friendswithhustle@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).

Returns

After exercising the right of withdrawal, please return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

The cost of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
