§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and our customers via our online shop. The version valid at the time of the contract's conclusion shall apply.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submitting the order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by a separate email or ship the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs incurred will be shown during the ordering process and are to be borne by the buyer.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Delivery times and shipping costs can be found on the "Shipping & Payment" page. We currently only deliver within Germany.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence. In all other respects, our liability is excluded.

§ 9 Data Protection

Information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
